Proteomics Wiki

We have added a SharedProteomics wiki page thanks to Craig (http://www.sharedproteomics.com/wiki). We have started a list of proteomic tools and software packages. Stop by and take a look. If you think something is missing edit the wiki or post about it here and we'll make sure it gets updated.

We had a wiki initially but it didn't get used much and attracted a lot of spam. I think wikis, more so than other types of online communities, really require a critical mass of users and we didn't have that at the time. This was almost 2 years ago when we started the site though so if there is significant interest we might think about trying it again.

Hi Craig,

I think we have the critical mass now. We should start the Wiki.
Just one level of approved admin permissions can be introduced for Wiki separately (if that's possible in VBulletin).
