Beyond Proteomics (MS-SIG 2014) will be held during the 22nd ISMB this July at Boston. MS-SIG aims at bringing together experts from the global research community to discuss current progress and ideas on mass spectrometry based proteomics. We had two successful meetings in the past two years, where more than 40 speakers have presented their research. This year the focus is on challenges and approaches in high throughput proteomics data analysis, omics data integration, and proteomic applications in biology and medicine. We will discuss related topics with a great line-up of confirmed speakers, including Alexey I. Nesvizhskii, Anne-Claude Gingras, David Fenyo, Bing Zhang, Hanno Steen, Hao Chi, Juergen Cox, Jun Qin, Nuno Bandeira, Olga Vitek, Oliver Kohlbacher, Soyoung Ryu, Wenzhong Xiao.
We invite abstract submissions on a wide range of topics about mass spectrometry data analysis. The poster session will provide an opportunity to present your work in an informal setting. Please note that a limited number of talks will also be selected from the abstracts. You may also use the same poster for both ISMB main conference and MS-SIG.
